Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We prefer our customers to stay with us because they value our service, efficiency and dedication. All we ask is that you make a regular weekly order.
How do I place an order?
Speak to our customer service team and they will help you to set up a regular order for set days. You can also phone or email your orders for next day delivery. If it’s easier, we can also agree a time for us to call you and confirm your order.
How many days a week do you deliver?
We can supply you with your dairy and produce up to 6 days a week. The only day we don’t deliver is Sunday.
What times do you deliver?
We’ll agree a 2-hour delivery window that fits your schedule.
How do I pay?
You can pay by direct debit, a Bacs bank transfer or by debit or credit card. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
Is there a minimum order?
To make our service worthwhile, we ask that you spend on average at least £60 per week on dairy and food produce.
